Sip lassi to lose weight this summer

We’ve all embraced the smoothie and acai bowl trend for weight loss. However, we often forget about our homemade lassi – a refreshing drink made by diluting fresh curd or yoghurt in water and mixing it into a refreshing and nutritious drink.

With the arrival of summer, now is the perfect time to bring the amazing lassi back to your kitchen. You can also find packaged lassi available in stores, but it’s best to make one instantly at home. Moreover, you can also experiment with various other ingredients to create a new variety of lassi every day.

Lassi is excellent for weight loss. A glass of lassi contains around 50 to 80 calories. It also keeps you feeling full longer. You can drink lassi every day in the summer. Prefer to drink it in the middle of a meal – after breakfast and before lunch. Here are some delicious recipes you can try.
