Jackie ‘O’ Henderson showed off her slim figure as she sweated it out on a tennis court on Saturday.

She added a pair of baggy dark shorts with white sneakers which she wore without socks.

Jackie appeared to go largely makeup-free for the outing and shield her eyes with designer sunglasses.

The media personality completed her look by pulling her blonde locks back into a ponytail.

Jackie recently reflected candidly on her weight loss journey.

“Last year I joined WW again because I wanted to get my health back in order and I know their program is working for me,” she said in a social media post.

“Losing weight was never about what I looked like in the mirror, it was more about an overall feeling of well-being and trying to get my energy levels back,” she continued.

“Five months ago, I was 18 kilos heavier and I had no energy. My health was suffering, so I decided to change my lifestyle completely.

She also gave up alcohol, which the presenter said many of her followers might not believe.

Jackie added: “I have never felt better than I do now. I can honestly say that I feel happier and healthier than I was in my twenties and have more energy for myself and as a mum. (and dog mum!)’

Jackie previously gave her listeners insight into her diet.

She revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she regularly skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.

Jackie also avoids carbs and satiates her hunger throughout the day by munching on pre-cut pieces of steak.

She resists splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, opting to eat only “three small pieces of steak” and a few rolls of Vietnamese rice paper containing fish and cabbage.
