Gabby Allen showcased her incredibly toned figure as she flexed her muscles and posed in a new video on Saturday.
The former Love Island star, 30, proudly showed off her ripped abs and toned arms as she posed up a storm for the sizzling clip on her Instagram.
Gabby had apparently just finished a workout for the social media post, as she was covered in what appeared to be sweat and had a bit of red on her face.
The reality TV personality went makeup-free for the clip and swept her blonde locks back into a messy bun.
She wore a small white sports bra, which she paired with small black shorts and sneakers.
The star, who claims she helps you find the fun in fitness, called out to her 1 million followers that summer is approaching and her latest workout challenge will be released early next month.
The 6-week challenge consists of functional and HIIT training and appeals to people who want to “add a little extra spice” to their routines.
Fans went crazy over Gabby’s physique with one writing in the comments: ‘Insane [fire emoji]’ while a second wrote: ‘Flipping ‘eck!!! Wow [Heart eye emoji]’.
Other fans were inspired by Gabby’s incredible transformation, with some noting that they had signed up and were ready to take on the 42-day blitz.
It comes after Gabby underwent some adjustments after feeling she looked “500 years old”.
The personal trainer admitted she considered a facelift after feeling insecure about the look of her neck.
Taking to Instagram, Gabby documented herself for her second round of Profilho – an injection that targets sagging or wrinkled skin in the neck and stimulates collagen and elastin production.
The TV star previously admitted there’s pressure to look a certain way when you’re in the limelight and spoke of her “complex” about having a little cleavage that never went away.
“It’s still an ongoing thing for me,” she revealed. “I thought at the time, I’m flat-chested compared to everyone in this, and I have a complex about it.
“It’s not about anyone else. This is my own confidence. I still plan to do them. The only reason is that I don’t want to go full for a few weeks!
“But for my career and what I want to promote, if I want a bigger butt, I just need to hit the gym and squat.
“If I want to change my body that much, I can do it by training.”
