On Wednesday, Khloe Kardashian shared videos to her Insta Stories that gave fans a glimpse into her afternoon workout routine.
The 38-year-old reality star flaunted the flesh in a black bra workout top with matching leggings.
And Kim and Kourtney’s sister went full makeup for the sweat session; that means she had eye makeup, lipstick and blush on as well as mascara and eyebrow pencil.
The Good American designer – who was seen at an event in Los Angeles on Tuesday – also had her long blonde hair styled professionally with low curls.
Tristan Thompson’s ex-partner isn’t usually so glamorous about her workouts, which means she must have had a busy morning with filming.
The Hidden Hills, Calif. resident typically trains at 6 a.m., so this afternoon workout was out of the ordinary.
She spent her time during the clips complaining that her trainer Don Brooks from Don-A-Matrix Training was pushing her too hard.
And she also gave him a nickname; ‘Crazy pants.’
Khloe had to run 30 minutes outside in the sun and then was asked to do 30 minutes on the machines in her home gym.
The reality TV icon hinted he was “crazy” for making her train so hard.
Her son was also seen sitting on the gym floor as his trainer barked orders at the child in an effort to bond with the baby.
In February, the mermaid shared with fans the time she wakes up to work out.
Turns out the high school grad sets her alarm clock for 5 a.m. and gets her coffee at 5:17 a.m.
In an Instagram post, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian veteran was seen on a workout machine as she flashed a peace sign with a time stamp of 5:53.
And in the image, she wrote: “Before I get my daughter up for school, I do this and I’m done for the day.”
Her “daughter” is her daughter True Thompson who she had with her ex, basketball star Tristan Thompson.
The gym seemed like his home gym as it had lined up weights and kettle balls.
She was on a Hydrow machine – which she often takes to social media – as she wore a black top with long blue fingernails as she took a selfie with a peace sign in a mirror.
It comes after she posed in her Good American’s clothing brand on Tuesday night.
As she wore a plunging light pink bodysuit and matching jeans, the 3-star, who recently said she was single, said how “excited” she was to give her 293 million Instagram followers a first look at her new collection.
“It’s called the pop off pink collection,” the TV personality exclaimed as she panned the camera over a baby tee, pants, bodysuit and jumpsuit on her floor .
Kylie Jenner’s older sister described the pieces as “perfect for Valentine’s Day”.
In the footage, the Strong Looks Better Naked author filmed herself in her expansive dressing room in front of a mirror on the floor.
Her wavy blonde tresses cascaded down her back and she sported glam makeup, consisting of matte pink lipstick, blush and lots of mascara.
Kardashian’s post comes after she recently updated fans on her relationship status on Twitter, after a fan asked her, “Who’s your man right now?”
‘Who has time for a man lol I have a 6 month old baby and True and I are sickly codependent on each other. Ha! I secretly love him. No but for real… No man at the moment… He is also in my prayers ha!’ replied the mother of two children.
Recently, she shared a number of cryptic quotes on her Instagram Stories that seem to hint at her split from ex Tristan Thompson.
The Kardashian star shares two children with the NBA player, 31, daughter True, four, and a son born last July. The two had an on-and-off romance rocked by his infidelity, which officially ended in 2021.
They have maintained a friendly co-parenting relationship, however, and early last month Khloe was by his side as Tristan mourned his mother Andrea, who died in Toronto after a sudden heart attack at home.
