NOTICE
Are you trying to lose stubborn weight and keep it off while continually indulging in a diet of refined processed foods? It will not arrive.
If we want to avoid resistance to weight loss —
the inability to lose weight, regardless of the diet we follow – we must also avoid the accumulation of toxic substances in our body.
So what can we use to keep our systems clean and non-toxic?
Food, good food, real food and physical activity. Simple enough, but so many people still don’t understand. Foods that have been processed and refined have the opposite effect; they contribute to the toxicity of our body.
This means that chemicals, fancy packaging, pasteurization, refining and processing, anything that is not part of our original “human” diet must be eliminated or reduced to a minimum consumption. After all, none of these oddly worded “ingredients” were even present or intended for human consumption when mankind first appeared. It is therefore obvious that they are not necessary or intended for human growth or longevity. What they offer is immediate sensual gratification as they silently attack and damage our internal organs and systems in the background. Not a good compromise.
What existed then, and still is, was the diet of our ancestors. This wholesome, natural diet included wild meats and seafood, fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, ancient grains, and a variety of seeds.
Whether you’re trying to lose excess weight or just get healthier, if your diet consists of the wrong kinds of foods, it’s time to swap your non-nutritious food choices for real ones.

Here are some basic rules for using food as a weapon in the fight against weight loss resistance:
Stick with the basics. A lifestyle to keep you clean and non-toxic starts with clean, natural foods. This means avoiding all processed or refined foods. The focus should always be on eating nutrient-dense foods, which are naturally lower in calories. Increase or decrease based on activity levels.
Cook your food properly to retain nutrients. Keep cooking temperatures as low as possible and avoid using a microwave. Foods that have become toxic from high heat and whose nutrients have been destroyed by microwaves are of no use to us.
Eat raw foods every day. Vegetables, nuts, seeds, coconut, and fruits eaten raw are more beneficial than their cooked counterparts.
Eat organic as often as possible. Eating to combat resistance to weight loss means consuming clean, natural foods. Consuming foods loaded with herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and other dangerous chemicals can make us toxic and create acidity in the blood.
Eat local. Foods close to their source have traveled the least amount of time and distance and retain more health-promoting nutrients and antioxidants, the main focus of food consumption!
Consume organic, grass-fed meat whenever possible. Many animals were raised in a “cruel” unhumane way that is simply not acceptable to most of us. Additionally, non-organic meat can contain dangerous and toxic chemicals that disrupt our fat burning and fat storage hormones.
Many people don’t understand that losing weight naturally and easily and having truly amazing health, just dieting or just eating a little healthier won’t be enough.

This switch is not a temporary solution. It is a permanent change in lifestyle habits from processed foods to nutrient dense foods. This is also not another diet program; think of it as the food grade standard we need to establish a healthy lifestyle for ourselves.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that our shocking level of epidemic global health and disease has everything to do with what we eat. But the good news is that we can bring our bodies back into balance not only to lose that stubborn weight, but also to reverse disease, age slower, look younger, and increase longevity.
Eating isn’t now, and never has been about buying the most eye-catching packet, or grabbing the fastest, easiest snacks and meals available. Eating is about discovering and learning how to fuel our bodies efficiently and correctly in a way that we can personally enjoy; one that works for us, that is permanent and sustainable in the long run.
It means getting back into the kitchen and cooking again, an activity that seems like a forgotten necessity of life. This is the only way for health to be fully restored and body weight redeemed under control.
When we make this “passage” from the unnatural to the natural, we pass from the unhealthy to the healthy. So go ahead, try eating nutrient-dense, and watch the magic happen to both your weight and your health.
